            平面回旋篩概述

                高效精密平面回旋篩,它包括有一個機座4和一個篩面上安裝有彈性球的篩體2,機座的兩端外側分別設有一個龍門吊架1,在兩個龍門吊架與機座的掛環上分別連接有將機座水平吊起的吊繩3,在機座上面靠一端安裝有一套驅動裝置5,在驅動裝置上面安裝有傳動箱6,在傳動箱上經主動軸、從動軸及其偏心塊與篩體的加料口一端相連接,篩體的另一端向下傾斜3-8度用吊繩吊掛在另一端的龍門吊架上。

            平面回旋篩工作原理

                從篩機搖動體即篩箱運動軌跡來看,平面回旋篩又稱往復篩,其驅動裝置所產生的振動力是一繞定軸、方向呈一定規律變化的慣性力,其本質是由偏心輪繞定軸轉動所形成的往復慣性力。根據回旋篩的結構特點及工作原理,其篩面一般為水平或微傾斜布置。回旋篩的工作原理為:篩機啟動后,篩機搖動體即篩箱在慣性力的作用下作前后往復運動,篩箱帶動篩面作周期性搖動,從而使篩面上的物料隨篩箱一同作定向跳躍式運動,期間,小于篩面孔徑的物理通過篩孔落到下層,成為篩下物,大于篩面孔徑的物料經連續翻滾跳躍運動后從排料口排出,最終完成篩分工作。
